Job responsibilities:

1、Responsible for semiconductor cleaning, corrosion equipment and other non-standard mechanical design, including structural design, component selection, the overall picture of the equipment, piping diagrams, production assembly drawings, outsourcing processing drawings output.
2、BOM production, technical documentation preparation.
3、Cooperate with electrical, software and production departments to design and develop safe and reliable systems.
4、Responsible for tracking the completion of the equipment, the defects in the equipment and equipment production and assembly process of technical problems in a timely manner to carry out technical modifications or adjustments, review drawings.
5、Assist sales to communicate with customers to develop technical solutions.

Job requirements:

1, mechatronics, mechanical design and automation related professional college degree or above. Experience in semiconductor cleaning equipment, electroplating, water treatment machinery design is preferred.
2, more than 5 years of semiconductor equipment design experience is preferred.
3、Solid foundation in structural design, gas and liquid transmission system, heating and cooling system, structural analysis, flow analysis, and mechanical manufacturing processing.
4, proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other drafting software.
5, problem solving ability and innovation ability, as well as good communication skills.
