Job responsibilities:

1, according to customer requirements is responsible for the development and design of non-standard equipment, responsible for semiconductor cleaning, corrosion equipment and other non-standard mechanical design, including structural design, component selection, the overall picture of the equipment, piping diagrams, production and assembly diagrams, outsourcing processing drawings output;.
2, the production of BOM, the preparation of technical documents.
3、Cooperate with electrical, software and production departments to design and develop safe and reliable systems.
4、Responsible for tracking the completion of the equipment, the defects in the equipment and equipment production and assembly process of technical problems in a timely manner to carry out technical modifications or adjustments, review drawings.
5、Assist sales to communicate with customers to develop technical solutions.

Job requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above in mechatronics, mechanical design and automation. Semiconductor cleaning, plating, water treatment machinery design experience is preferred.
2, more than 5 years experience in semiconductor equipment design;.
3、Solid foundation in structural design, gas and liquid transmission system, heating and cooling system, structural analysis, flow analysis, mechanical manufacturing processing and other fields.
4, skilled in the use of Solidworks, AutoCAD and other drafting software.

5, able to use FEA software to assist design and development.
6, problem solving ability and innovation ability, as well as good communication skills.
