Job responsibilities:

1, according to the semiconductor technology agreement as well as mechanical process . Specify the relevant electrical programme as well as assess the risk. Participate in the project stage programme review.
2、Responsible for the overall project electrical component selection, BOM production, circuit diagrams, programming and debugging work.
3, the production of equipment acceptance and other related information (equipment manuals, etc.).
4, assembly electrician installation process to give technical guidance.

Job requirements:

1, electrical, automation-related professional college degree or above, more than 5 years of non-standard automation field work experience.
2, proficient in the use of Mitsubishi series; Siemens or Keens series can also be.
3, with independent programming, flexible assembly line programming debugging experience, as well as semiconductor cleaning equipment programming debugging experience is preferred.
4, skilled use of CAD / EPLAN for electrical drawing design, familiar with the selection of electrical components.
5、Familiar with EtherCat bus control, Modbus TCP protocol, Socket protocol and so on.
6, skilled use of the market mainstream servo, inverter applications.
7, have mainstream robot programming debugging experience is preferred.
8, have a good programming style.
9, able to accept travelling tasks.

Skill requirements (the following skills need to meet at least two points).

1, Mitsubishi Q series PLC can be independent programming and debugging.
2, Huichuan AM / AC series PLC can be independently programmed and debugging.
3, TEL wafer handling robots can be independently programmed and debugged.
4, EPSON robot can be independently programmed and debugged.
5、Familiar with the assembly process, semiconductor cleaning, electroplating or chemical equipment process is preferred.
